Because this information is stored on your device, deleting the App or deleting its locally stored data may result in the permanent loss of your saved readings and notes.
3. Accounts
Pitch Gauge for Roofers does not require or provide user accounts. You do not need to register, sign in, or create a profile to use the App.
4. Analytics and Tracking
Pitch Gauge for Roofers does not currently use third-party analytics services or advertising tracking technologies.
We may introduce privacy-conscious analytics or crash-reporting tools in a future version of the App to help us understand technical problems and improve reliability. If those services result in additional data collection, this Privacy Policy will be updated to describe those practices.
5. Advertising
Pitch Gauge for Roofers does not contain third-party advertising, and we do not sell your information to advertisers.
6. In-App Purchases
Pitch Gauge for Roofers may offer a one-time in-app purchase that unlocks Pitch Gauge Pro features, including persistent saved readings, names, notes, and export or sharing tools.
In-app purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. Fins Out Media does not directly receive or store your complete payment card or banking information. Apple's handling of payment and purchase information is governed by Apple's own terms and privacy policies.
7. Export and Sharing
Pitch Gauge Pro may allow you to export or share information from your saved readings.
If you choose to save, export, copy, or share information using features provided by your device, your use of those services is controlled by you and may be subject to the privacy practices of the service or recipient you select.
8. Children's Privacy
Pitch Gauge for Roofers is a general-purpose utility and is not directed toward children for the purpose of collecting personal information. Because Pitch Gauge for Roofers does not currently collect personal information through the App, we do not knowingly collect personal information from children through Pitch Gauge for Roofers.
9. Data Security
Because saved readings and notes remain locally on your device, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and any device backups.
10. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as Pitch Gauge for Roofers evolves, including if we add services such as analytics, crash reporting, cloud storage, or other functionality that changes how information is handled.
