Fins Out Media ("we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use MixYard: Concrete Calculator ("MixYard" or the "App").
The short version: MixYard does not currently collect, transmit, sell, or share your personal information. Your projects and estimates are stored locally on your device.
1. Information We Collect
MixYard does not currently collect personal information or user data through the App.
You are not required to create an account or provide information such as your:
- Name
- Email address
- Phone number
- Physical address
- Precise location
- Contacts
- Photos or camera data
2. Projects, Estimates, and Local Storage
Information you enter into MixYard, including project information, measurements, calculations, and saved estimates, is stored locally on your device.
Fins Out Media does not receive or have access to this locally stored information through the App.
Because this information is stored on your device, deleting MixYard or deleting its locally stored data may result in the permanent loss of your saved projects and estimates.
3. Accounts
MixYard does not require or provide user accounts. You do not need to register, sign in, or create a profile to use the App.
4. Analytics and Tracking
MixYard does not currently use third-party analytics services or advertising tracking technologies.
We may introduce privacy-conscious analytics or crash-reporting tools in a future version of the App to help us understand technical problems and improve reliability. If those services result in additional data collection, this Privacy Policy will be updated to describe those practices.
5. Advertising
MixYard does not contain third-party advertising, and we do not sell your information to advertisers.
6. In-App Purchases
MixYard may offer a one-time in-app purchase that unlocks MixYard Pro features, including saved projects, unlimited estimates, and PDF export.
In-app purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. Fins Out Media does not directly receive or store your complete payment card or banking information. Apple's handling of payment and purchase information is governed by Apple's own terms and privacy policies.
7. PDF Export and Sharing
MixYard Pro may allow you to generate PDF documents containing information from your projects or estimates.
If you choose to save, export, or share a PDF using features provided by your device, your use of those services is controlled by you and may be subject to the privacy practices of the service or recipient you select.
8. Children's Privacy
MixYard is a general-purpose utility and is not directed toward children for the purpose of collecting personal information. Because MixYard does not currently collect personal information through the App, we do not knowingly collect personal information from children through MixYard.
9. Data Security
Because project and estimate information remains locally on your device, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and any device backups.
10. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as MixYard evolves, including if we add services such as analytics, crash reporting, cloud storage, or other functionality that changes how information is handled.
When we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
